sprouted avo toast
Alfalfa sprouts are very nutrient dense and are especially high in Vitamin K which is essential for strong healthy bones.

Ingredients:
2 slices whole grain bread
1/2 fresh avocado
Alfalfa sprouts
2 eggs
Black pepper
Instructions:
Toast bread until golden brown or to your preference. Spread 1/4 avocado on each slice. Sprinkle with pepper. Top with sprouts (I used roughly 1/8 cup for each slice).
If you would like to top with over easy eggs, heat a small pan over medium heat while arranging your toast. Add 1 tsp oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Add your eggs and cook to your preference.
