Vanilla Blueberry Almond Crunch Overnight Oats
Do you struggle to find time to make breakfast in the morning? Just a sucker for some oatmeal in the fall? These oats take just minutes to throw together and will keep you feeling full for hours!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground flax
2 tsp hemp hearts
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup chopped or slivered almonds
Instructions:
Place all ingredients except the berries and almonds into a bowl or jar. Place them in the fridge to sit overnight. When ready top eat, add the berries and microwave for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds and enjoy!
