Blueberry Shortcake Protein Waffles
Dessert for breakfast without the guilt.

Ingredients:
2 protein waffles (I used Kodiak Cakes’s Buttermilk & Vanilla)
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
Instructions:
Toast waffles until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
While your waffles are toasting, place blueberries in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes to thaw, until soft and a fruit juice has been produced.
Top toasted waffles with yogurt and berries to enjoy.
This recipe would be just as good with strawberries or any other preferred fruit!
